On August 22, 2016, Donna Brazile, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Professional Diversity Network, Inc. (the “Company”), advised the Company of her decision to resign from the Board effective immediately. Ms. Brazile is stepping down voluntarily to focus on other endeavors, including serving as Interim Chair of the Democratic National Committee. Her decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
