Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On February 6, 2019, Mr. Jiangping (Gary) Xiao tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of Professional Diversity Network, Inc. (the “Company”), effective March 19, 2019. Mr. Xiao’s decision to resign was due to his personal reasons and was not a result of any dispute with the Company. No compensation was provided in connection with his departure.
