(1) On June 14, 2021, the Company granted an option to purchase 30,000 shares of Common Stock to Mr. Aichler. The options issued to the executive will vest in accordance with the following schedule: (i) 10,000 shares underlying the option will vest on June 14, 2022, (ii) 10,000 shares underlying the option will vest on June 14, 2023, and (iii) 10,000 shares underlying the option will vest on June 14, 2024.
